Publisher David Nightingale said: "TV21 meant so much to me in my childhood that bringing it back, albeit under a slightly different name, was probably the biggest thrill of my publishing career. Tribute must be paid to artist Graham Bleathman and writer Graeme Bassett who brought the whole package together and also to the 1960s originators such as artists Frank Bellamy, Ron Embleton, Mike Noble and writers Alan Fennell and Dennis Hooper (amongst many others). I hope we captured a little bit of the magic in our ten issue run."
