Produced by City Magazines right at the end of a marvellous era, this is more a "TV21/Joe 90: Top Secret Annual" (despite the sensational Bellamy artwork on the front cover) than purely "Thunderbirds" as also are featured "Joe 90", "Captain Scarlet", "Department S" and "Zero-X". This copy is in average condition - all interior pages are intact and firmly bound mbut with minor scribbling here and there and small stains to the top of some pages. The spine is worn top and bottom with minor cover damage to an edge and corners.

This example is in good condition - all pages are clean [apart from a year date in ink on Page 3] none are actually detached from the binding but some are coming loose at the bottom The covers and spine are complete but the top left-hand corner of the back cover is a little 'distressed' as if it has been damp at some time. All in all a good copy to have

This 96-Page Century 21 publication features Penelope herself in comic strip and text adventures (and glorious colour photographs) but, it has to be said, by now the emphasis is more firmly placed on the pop music angle. Condition is very good - no loose pages, spine is intact and the pages very clean save for two small puzzles completed [Pages 51 and 71] and crossword done [page 70]
